Apex Stays is intentionally not positioned as a traditional property-management company or a transaction-driven brokerage. Instead, we sit between the two.
Our role is to help owners clearly understand:

The Founder

About Daniel Valencia

Apex Stays was founded by Daniel Valencia, an entrepreneur and real-estate investor with more than a decade of experience across hospitality, vacation homes, and operating businesses.
Daniel has been involved in real-estate investing since 2016, with a focus on vacation homes beginning in 2018. Since then, he has worked directly with vacation-home assets across Florida — operating, optimizing, and exiting properties.
His approach blends two disciplines that rarely meet well: disciplined investment thinking and high-quality hospitality execution.
